What we will provide
During evaluation, organisations can request current information about data handling, access controls, hosting, incident response, retention and subprocessors.
Claims about certifications or regulatory status will only appear publicly after they have been independently verified.

If you believe you have identified a security issue, email security@flowcare.co.uk with enough detail for the team to investigate. Do not include personal care information in the first message.
